This refund policy applies only to products purchased directly from our official website: mycareleaf.com. If you purchased our products through another retailer (e.g., Amazon, Tiktok), please contact them directly regarding their return policy.

 


 

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your UK Statutory Cancellation Rights

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days after receiving your goods, without giving any reason, unless an exception applies.

After you notify us of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return:

l Your item must be in the same condition as you received it – unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

l You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number and email used).

l We do not accept returns for opened or partially used products due to hygiene and product safety reasons.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

l For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed products once they have been opened, unsealed, used, or partially consumed.

l Sale items, gift cards, or free promotional products

l Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped (unless defective)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

with the following information:

l Order number

l Product name(s)

l Reason for return (e.g., damaged, wrong item, changed mind)

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Please note:

l Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

l Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

l We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Careleaf is not responsible for lost return packages.

 


 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at careleafservice@gmail.com and include:

l Your order number

l Photos or video clearly showing the issue (damage, label, etc.)

l Description of the problem

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) as quickly as possible.

 


 

Refunds (for approved returns)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

l A refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

l Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

l Original shipping costs and return shipping costs (if paid by you) are non-refundable for non-defective returns.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

l Items returned beyond the 30-day window

l Items with obvious signs of use or missing parts (not due to our error)

 


 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different Careleaf item, the fastest way is to:

1. Return the original product (following the return process above).

2. Place a new order for the desired item.

We do not offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns.

 


 

Subscription & Autoship Orders

If you have a subscription order:

l You may cancel or skip an upcoming order before it is processed for shipping.

l Once a subscription order has been shipped, it is subject to the same return policy as one-time purchases.

l We do not offer refunds for subscription charges if the shipment was already in transit or delivered, unless the product is defective.
